  1. Dr. Jenner, what is the source of this list? Is this a more or less complete list of “signs of healthy boundaries” – as in, can this be used to determine if one has healthy boundaries (by let’s say answering positively to 70% of the questions)? I know psychology is neither objective nor quantitative but hoping to find out if this is a good enough starting point to use for some self-examination in the boundary department.
