As the inner child feels safe and seen, healthier adult behaviors and relationships naturally emerge. This self-healing nurtures wholeness and confidence.

SESSION 2: LOOK AT THE PARTS OF YOUR THINKING.
Reveal the wounded “parts” driving caretaking behaviors. By compassionately exploring and healing these parts, you can learn to meet your own needs instead of prioritizing others. This self-leadership fosters healthier boundaries, reduces people-pleasing, and transforms codependent patterns for more authentic, fulfilling relationships

SESSION 3: DISCOVERING THE TRUE SELF: Learning The 8 C’s 
The 8 C’s—calm, curiosity, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, and connectedness—have the potential to overcome codependency. They promote self-awareness and better boundaries by providing internal resources to cultivate oneself and others. As you exhibit these traits, you experience more security and diminished need on external validation, fostering independence and authenticity.

SESSION 4: MAINTAIN THE SELF!: Setting Boundaries and Self-care.
Boundaries and self-care are crucial for codependents because they safeguard their mental well-being and stop burnout from over-giving. While self-care restores inner resources, boundaries establish unique needs and limits.
