Since the beginning of the year, I have been running various online therapy groups for codependency. Many of these groups have renewed to learn more about the subject. The result has been fantastic and people have been very pleased about creating a dynamic with other members of the group.
I am now offering the chance to join a new group starting on October 3rd that will replicate the successful format seen in other groups. Only 6 places are available.
As a codependent, it is easy to feel alone with the issues that keep codependents trapped in specific thinking patterns. Sometimes, it is good to share this with others in the same situation. Group therapy can do this. However, not all group therapy is the same. Apart from the chance to talk, I am offering something extra. I realise the importance of learning tools and methods in order to enjoy a fuller life and better relationships.
Group sessions will be held on Sundays at:
- 12PM – EST (New York)
- 9AM – PST (Los Angeles)
- 6PM – CET (Paris)
- 5PM – GMT (London)
Join me and a small group of other codependents in a series of totally private four 90 minute online group therapy sessions, starting October 3, 2021 over a four week period, to lean:
